School or Group How It Works

Schools and organizations throughout Michigan have discovered just how easy it is to offer its' parents beautiful candid black & white and color portraits of their children. Our commitment is to deliver quality, value and ease. Here are the headlines of how our service works!  We are now excited to extend this to Northern New Jersey.

* An initial 15 minute in person presentation is made by a Simply Candids representative to school/group decision maker(s).

* Once a decision is made to move forward, a service summary is provided that includes schedule and related service specifics.

* Approximately two weeks prior to photographing the children, Simply Candids provides informational flyers that can be distributed to parents.

* On Photo Day(s), our professional photographer and assistant are on site to photograph all of the children (opt in programs will only photograph children whose parents have signed up) following an agreed upon schedule for the day(s).

* Within three weeks, Simply Candids delivers all 11 x 14 candid portraits, individually packaged by student, back to school for distribution to parents.

* Parents have the flexibility to purchase whatever print sizes or packages they wish. A minimum purchase of $27.00 is required on all orders.

* Parents typically have one week to make their decision to place an order or return the 11 x 14 photograph. Parents are under no obligation to purchase.

* Retakes and sibling photographs are offered to parents, usually on pickup day, as an added benefit of our service. Specifics are agreed upon at time of scheduling.

* All tracking is coordinated by Simply Candids.  As sign ups are now done via email communication, even more work is taken out of the equation!
